Administrative Assistant

Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. This position will located in our Cherry Creek office. They will be responsible for incoming phone calls, greeting visitors, updating documents, and other general office clerk duties and errands. This person must be in the office from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

As an Administrative Assistant at Tract, you will be responsible for various office management tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our workspace and providing essential support to the team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and team environment with minimal day-to-day oversight.

 

Responsibilities:

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office. This position will located in our Cherry Creek office. They will be responsible for incoming phone calls, greeting visitors, updating documents, and other general office clerk duties and errands. This person must be in the office from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

 

Office Management:

  • Help organize and maintain office common areas
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents
  • Manage filing system
  • Manage inventory and orders of Tract company apparel
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory.
  • Maintaining office equipment

 

Administrative Support:

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications
  • Greeting visitors
  • Coordinating events as necessary
  • Assist the Finance Team in billing, data entry, purchases, filings
  • Assist with the production and ordering of business cards for employees
  • Assist in maintaining company website
  • Assist with interdepartmental special projects
  • Plan and Coordinate Departmental Offsite Workshops
  • Plan and Coordinate Departmental Offsite Workshops
  • Prepare meeting agendas and materials
  • Schedule Interdepartmental team and vendor/client meetings

 

HR Support:

  • Assist with scheduling interviews for new candidates
  • Perform screening calls for potential candidates.
  • Help with processing expense reports
  • Assist with onboarding new team members

 

Baseline Requirements

Education: Associate’s degree or high school diploma

Experience:3 years as an office assistant or in a related field

Expected Salary Range: $65,000 per year plus a bonus
